We've had a great experience so far! Shawn worked with our budget and got us a great hot tub. (Also, my husband enjoys haggling so he really enjoyed the process. =) Have you been hot tub shopping around town and told it'll be 5-6 months before they have any inventory? Not at Spa Crafters! It was less than three weeks from purchase to delivery. We had the tub delivered yesterday. Jeff and the rest of the crew were awesome. The guys who set it up were super knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Jeff was *super* thorough in his breakdown of how to take care of our new "child," and so we feel confident with spa maintenance now. Overall, we've had a fantastic experience with Spa Crafters and would recommend anyone looking for a hot tub start here!

Had a wonderful experience with this company. Starting with Leslie who set up my appointment to have my spa cleaned. She was such a pleasure to work with, very upbeat A service man named Jeff came out to the house, cleaned our spa and taught me how to maintain proper care and added a few extra tips on the side.. He was very professional. Will use them again.

We had a great experience from the moment we walked in. Our sales team (Shawn/Frank) took time to explain the difference in the spas they carry and helped us to choose the best hot tub to suit our needs/wants. The whole customer service team has been phenomenal. Thanks guys for making our visit well worth it. We love our Clearwater Spa!!

I must thank Jeff for cleaning my hot tub as I am unable to do it myself. He did an excellent job and I now feel that I can enjoy it safely. Thanks again
