Interested in 5-6 person hot tub
We shopped and shopped before we decided on a hot tub. It's an initial expensive venture. We decided to go with a more top rated brand. We walked into Spa Crafters and not only shown the various tubs on display but the pros and cons of different aspects of a hot tub. Shawn worked with us to find the right fit the suited our needs. The staff at Spa Crafters have more than helped us get the tub set up and going. Another plus buying a tub from Spa Crafters as they also do repairs and we will in the future be able to directly work with the service team at Spa Crafts on the tub when issues arise. A big THANK U to Shawn, Leslie and the whole team at Spa Crafters. We are enjoying our tub to the fullest.
Shawn was excellent! He knew everything about the spas and took the time to learn what I was looking for in a spa. He didn’t up sale me on the most expensive spa and stayed within my budget. Other spa places cannot compete with the quality spa Shawn has at spa crafters! Highly recommend you going to spa crafters for you spa needs. It’s worth your time and your hard earn money!
