They have a beautiful showroom and all the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me find the right spa for me and gave me a great deal too. They also tested the tub before delivery to ensure everything was working properly. Delivery was great, they showed me how to do do all the chemicals and were very quick and professional with their delivery. Overall I'm quite happy and with the whole experience.

A month or so ago we went into Spa Crafters to look at the selection they had to offer which was amazing. We walked into the door we were greeted with a smile and temp check ( safety first ) which was appreciated and the owner came over gave us the history of the store and began asking probing questions to see what we were looking for. We had an idea of what we wanted but then Shawn came over and gave us what we needed. The same day we walked out with a purchase of our Kingston 980 and a delivery date set up. The entire experience was pleasant and we would recommend and definitely do business again!!!!
